Massages

The history of massage therapy dates to 3000 BCE (or earlier), when it was considered a sacred system of natural healing. Used by many cultures as "life health" medicine, massage therapy was a practice passed down through generations to heal injuries, relieve pain, and prevent and cure illnesses. Several centuries later, massage techniques, modalities, and styles have evolved.

Our LMTs blend several modalities to deliver the perfect massage your body demands. We leverage the use of technology and tools, such as percussion guns, hot packs, hot towels, and more, at no extra cost to you! Our signature EMS Sessions incorporate various assisted stretching techniques to give your body that additional relief it needs.

Percussion Therapy

What is Percussion Massage?

Percussion massage is a breakthrough treatment for soft tissue pain and soreness through the use of a tool that provides rapid, short-duration pulses deep into the soft tissues of the body. This modern technology accelerates the growth and repair of tissues by heavily increasing blood flow to the area. It also assists in pain relief and an increased range of motion and function.  Percussive massage also gently stretches the muscles and connective tissues, improving responsiveness and performance.

What are the Benefits of Percussion Massage?

Percussive massage (also called "deep muscle stimulation") is beneficial in a variety of applications, including:

  • Relaxing of thickened connective tissue and fascia.

  • Aid in breaking down adhesions and internal scar tissue after injuries or surgery.

  • Increased venous and lymphatic circulation.

  • Elongating muscle fiber, especially when spasms, stiffness, and restrictions are present.

  • Increase range of movement by relieving stiff joints.

If you are not a fan of the highest level of Deep Tissue or if you are experiencing muscle tightness, soreness, fatigue, or pain, percussion massage is for you. EMS does not charge for using the Percussion Gun during your massage.
